Marc Michael Alling

Marc Michael Alling, 54, of Schenectady NY, entered into eternal rest on September 10th 2025. Marc was born in Yuma, Arizona on December 5, 1970.

Marc was born to the late Delima Alling and Jeffrey Alling Sr.

Marc proudly served his country in the United States Navy, completing two tours during the Gulf War. After his service, he owned and operated Alling Builders and was known as a skilled contractor who took pride in his work.

Marc had a sharp sense of humor and enjoyed collecting trains and coins. He also loved spending time with his pets, being outdoors, especially while hunting and golfing.

He is survived by his siblings Jeffrey Alling II (Theresa), Jennifer Breault, and Alissa Alling, as well as many friends and family.

Marc will be remembered for his service to his country, his craftsmanship, his humor, and the many ways he touched the lives around him.

A burial with military honors will take place at Saratoga National Cemetery on Thursday, September 25th at 10:30 a.m., and all who wish to honor Marc are welcome to attend.
